About the role ALPA is seeking passionate and enthusiastic retailer couples to: Manage the successful operation of a supermarket in a remote Indigenous community Train and mentor local team members Deliver on ALPA's nutrition policy Replenish and monitor stock levels, forecasting demand and ordering additional products or goods to maintain an optimal inventory level Work with merchandising, nutrition and local stakeholders to meet community needs This position is based in a remote Indigenous community in the Northern Territory.
