This role is heavily customer focused while also working with high volumes of stock, so great time management skills are essential. What you'll need: A love for travel and fashion with proven experience in a similar role in a large format retail environment, ideally in fast paced fashion. Exceptional customer service skills - going the extra mile. High energy and the ability to lead your team from the front. Strong organizational and communication skills.
