About the Role: We’re looking for a results-driven Store Manager to take charge of a well-established store in Kalgoorlie. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sales, managing store operations, and leading a high-performing team. Lead and develop a motivated store team. Drive a strong store culture by embodying company values and leading by example. Recruit, onboard, and coach team members for operational excellence. Oversee stock management, merchandising, and store presentation. Implement strategies using sales reports to drive performance. Manage rosters effectively to balance customer satisfaction, team well-being, and budgets. Provide exceptional customer service. Maintain store compliance in all day to day operations.
