About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead the Chadstone location for our client. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, leading a motivated team, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service. You'll play a key role in driving sales, developing a high-performing team, and creating an engaging, enjoyable shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service. Drive store sales and ensure all KPIs are met or exceeded through effective team management and operational excellence. Maintain high standards of store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock management in line with brand guidelines. Foster a positive store culture, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and personal growth within your team. Oversee inventory control, including stock replenishment, stocktakes, and visual merchandising. Provide coaching and training to team members, ensuring product knowledge and customer service skills are continuously improved.
