Your Role as a Store Manager: As the Store Manager of their Chermside Boutique , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the store. Your responsibilities will include: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience. Lead and motivate a dedicated team of 6 jewellery professionals. Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve KPI targets. Uphold the brand's image through impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation. Build and nurture relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty. Qualifications: Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury goods sector.
