The role : Snooze Macgregor is on the lookout for an experienced Store Manager who is sales-driven, detail-oriented, and ready to lead a team an established team to success in 2025. This full-time position will require rostering to work weekdays, weekends, and some public holidays. It offers an attractive remuneration package plus eligibility to participate in performance incentives. Attractive Salary - $80K + Super + Incentive What you’ll be doing : Lead and inspire a motivated team in a bustling store environment. Oversee daily store operations with an eye for detail delivering with consistency. Provide hands-on leadership, mentoring, and coaching to your team members. Ensure every customer enjoys an outstanding shopping experience. What you bring : Proven experience in managing and motivating a team. Retail experience is a plus. Confidence and proficiency in using technology. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Leadership qualities with the ability to foster strong relationships within your team. Experience in completing detailed administration, such as managing purchase orders and invoicing.
