Salary: 59000.00 - 70000.00 AUD Annual salary Location: Northern Beaches Company: Express Healthcare Staffing, Sydney Metro Description: Join a dynamic retail team as a Store Manager at Warringah Mall, with a $59k base salary and performance-based commission. Lead a team of casual staff, manage store operations, and drive sales in a high-traffic location. About the Role: Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, including Thursday night shifts. Base Salary: $59k, with the opportunity to earn an additional 1.3% commission upon meeting budget targets. OTE (On-Target Earnings): $75k - $80k Incentives: Additional incentives based on sales performance. Key Responsibilities: Leading and managing the store operations to meet or exceed sales targets. Building and motivating a team of 5 casual staff members to drive performance. Overseeing stock control, visual merchandising, and customer service standards. Supporting and mentoring the team, including working alongside the Assistant Store Manager. Ideal Candidate: Proven leadership experience in a retail environment. Strong focus on achieving sales goals and delivering excellent customer service. Ability to manage a team effectively while driving store performance.
