Be part of an exciting new store opening in South Yarra! We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and customer-focused Shop Manager to lead the first Australian store. This is an opportunity to shape the store's culture, drive performance, and deliver an outstanding customer experience while embodying the MOSCOT brand's values. What You'll Do: Lead & Inspire - Build and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and growth. Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences - Ensure every customer interaction reflects the MOSCOT brand and service standards. Drive Sales & Performance - Collaborate with leadership to implement strategies, analyze sales data, and exceed KPIs. Operational Excellence - Manage stock levels, merchandising, and store compliance while ensuring seamless daily operations. Brand & Community Engagement - Work closely with marketing and events teams to connect in-store experiences with digital and local activations. Talent Development - Conduct regular coaching and performance evaluations, providing feedback that drives success. What We're Looking For: 3+ years of retail management experience in a Fashion type retail setting. Proven success in driving sales, managing KPIs, and leading teams . Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire . Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and personalised shopping experiences . Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, inventory management, and retail analytics . Well-versed in market trends, PR, and digital engagement .
