About the Role As a Spotlight Store Manager, your responsibilities will include: Providing extensive leadership experience in large-format, high-volume retail environments Demonstrating strong business acumen with exposure to profit and loss (P&L) management Empowering and mentoring team members to become future leaders Overseeing performance management Managing large volumes of stock efficiently The Ideal Candidate We’re seeking someone with: Proven experience in retail management A background in managing high-volume or big-box retail environments An owner’s mindset when it comes to leadership A passion for inspiring teams to exceed their goals Experience in performance management and development plans Resilience, innovative problem-solving skills, and excellent time management Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with computers First Aid certification, or a willingness to undergo training (at our expense) At Spotlight, we’re dedicated to fostering career development and maintaining a culture that’s both motivating and inspiring.
