About the Role We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Store Manager to oversee daily operations in our quick service outlet. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading a dynamic team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and optimising operational efficiency including cash handling, inventory control, and minimising wastage. No cook experience is required; your leadership and strong business acumen are key to driving success. What You Will Do Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service from opening to closing. Lead, motivate, and develop your team, focusing on talent attraction, retention, and succession planning. Manage cash handling, inventory control, and wastage to optimise operational performance. Implement strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. Maintain a high standard of store presentation and compliance with operational procedures. What You Will Bring Proven leadership experience in retail or quick service environments. Strong business acumen with hands-on experience in cash management and inventory control.
