We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and ensure outstanding service delivery.Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and manage staff. Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. Monitor inventory, sales targets, and performance metrics. Promote and advertise the establishment's goods and services. Sell goods and services to customers and advise them on product use. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Train and motivate team members. Create staff rosters. Recruit and train as required. Requirements Minimum one year experience in retail or beauty industry management. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
