You’ll oversee everything from stock control and rosters to budgets and KPIs , ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:Leading, developing, and motivating your team to deliver an amazing customer experienceManaging store operations , including wage control, stock management, and visual merchandisingAchieving sales targets and growth goals while maintaining an awesome in-store vibeWorking Tuesday to Saturday , bringing your passion and energy to every shift Why Join Us?
