Inspire, lead and embed a culture that builds a team of engaged product and Brand ambassadors within your store. Identify your team's development needs and motivators to drive wellness, engagement, and performance. Enable and empower your team to build a Supre Community focusing on connection with customers, building confidence in our customers, and commitment to a consistent experience every day. Collaborate with your Area Leader and VM Leader to provide customer and store insights to drive results and create great experiences for our customers consistently. Manage store productivity through effective wage management, inventory management, and operational efficiencies. Advocate for the Supre Foundation, leading the team on how they can make life-changing impacts on our projects around the world focused on Mental Health, Education, and Environment.
