ABOUT THE ROLE We are on the lookout for Ally Fashion’s Future Leader to take on the Store Manager position at our Watertown store! The Store Manager will cultivate a vibrant and positive team environment where AMAZING customer service is a priority, driving the store’s financial performance to smash budgets and targets. This includes promoting strong leadership by providing effective training, managing daily in-store operations, visual merchandising, and leading by example to ensure clear in-store executions of the business strategies, visions, values, and guidelines.With a focus on improving the in-store experience, the Store Manager needs to ensure consistent provision of expert service, develop strong product knowledge to assist and train the team, maintain stock levels, and uphold high visual merchandising appeal in line with company guidelines. Additionally, the Store Manager will own health and safety in the store.As a Store Manager, you will assist your Regional Manager in preparing and managing staff rosters, aligning with sales achievements, stock, and expense control management. You will also have experience in recruiting and attracting the right talents to nurture, retain, and develop them into leadership roles. ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you will be the leading ambassador of our brand, modelling Ally Fashion values of Customer-Centric, Achieving Excellence, Displaying Honesty, and Forever Evolving while having a genuine passion for mentoring others!You will be flexible to work a rotational weekend roster, including late-night trade, have solid experience in store management in a fast-paced retail environment (preferably fashion), and be a high achiever in delivering performance and sales. Strong interpersonal skills are essential to manage stakeholder expectations and relationships.You are passionate about all things fashion, possess great visual merchandising and styling skills, and are ambitious to accelerate your career while not being afraid to take on your next challenge.
