Your new role As the part-time (33 hours) Store Manager at our Williams Australia Fair store, you will be responsible for taking your store to the next level! You will be leading your team to create a great customer experience, increase sales, and maintain the operational store standards. Duties Provide and maintain a high level of customer experience Maintain VM standards and stock management Roster management and wage control Lead, motivate and inspire to achieve store targets Coach, develop and mentor your team Skills & Experience Passion for coaching and developing your team Strong organisational skills - Ability to multitask Creating a customer service culture Driving performance within your team No late-night trade required - A better work-life balance 50% discount across all our brands for you and your family!
