Job Description As the Store Training & Development Lead, you will have the opportunity to create, support, and uphold a culture of collective high performance and great customer experiences across the store, ensuring the delivery of high quality product and service solutions on every occasion, including: Undertake and assist with the onboarding and induction of team members new to JB or new to role Lead product training programs to ensure the sales team are well equipped to demonstrate and sell existing and emerging product categories. Demonstrate, lead and coach a high level of customer service standards including pre, during and post the sale. Utilise all available materials, tools and collateral to train the teams.
