Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Strata Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a strata portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, coordinating maintenance and repairs, organizing and running strata meetings, and ensuring compliance with strata legislation. The Strata Manager will work closely with the committee, property owners, tenants, and contractors to ensure the smooth running of strata properties. About the role: Manage the day-to-day operations of strata properties, including budgeting, maintenance and repairs, and meetings. Ensure compliance with strata legislation and bylaws. Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and contractors to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues. Organise and facilitate strata committee meetings and general meetings. Maintain accurate records and documentation for the portfolio. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients. Work as part of the strata services team. Desired Skills and Experience About You: Minimum of 2 years of experience in strata management. Strong knowledge of strata and sympathetic industry legislation (i.e. fire, WHS, QBCC). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
