Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Strata Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of strata properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with strata regulations. The Strata Manager will work closely with property owners, tenants, and contractors to ensure the smooth running of strata properties. This role is based at our branch in Sydney Olympic Park. About the role: Manage the day-to-day operations of strata properties, including budgeting, maintenance, and repairs Ensure compliance with strata regulations and bylaws Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and contractors to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues Prepare and present reports to strata councils and owners Manage strata council meetings and annual general meetings Maintain accurate records and documentation Provide excellent customer service to property owners and tenants Work as part of the client services team Desired Skills and Experience About You: Desirable - Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in strata management or property management Strong knowledge of strata regulations and bylaws Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software • Excellent working environment – we are known for our flexible and inclusive working environment. • Ongoing education and learning both internally and externally. • Employee Assistance Programs – we look after YOU. • Salary Sacrifice Novated lease options. • First Aid & Mental Health First Aid Officers on site to support YOU. • Wellness Leave. • Lucrative employee referral program. • Recognition and reward events.
