Your new role We are growing rapidly, and in order to ensure we continue to provide outstanding service to our clients and to cater for increased demand in our services, we have an exciting opportunity for a Strata Manager and Strata Associates . Strata Managers and Strata Associates will work hand in hand to provide strong and consistent customer service when assisting in the administration of Owner’s Corporations. You will be responsible for ensuring buildings and common areas within your portfolio are properly maintained for the benefit of all residents. It is essential that you build and maintain positive and effective working relationships with clients, contractors, and other key stakeholders to assist you in achieving consensus during decision-making processes. Your role will include, but not be limited to: Manage residential and commercial Strata properties Plan, arrange and attend meetings Prepare and distribute notices, agendas, and minutes Attend to correspondence and maintain appropriate records Coordinate maintenance issues and implement preventative maintenance strategies Liaise with contractors and suppliers Assist in the lodgment of insurance claims What you’ll need to succeed Prior experience in a similar role would be highly regarded Working knowledge of the Strata Management industry or the ability to acquire this knowledge quickly Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office 365 Suite Well-developed verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask The ability to show initiative, be proactive, and problem solve Motivation to learn and succeed What you’ll get in return A chance to join a fast-growing industry leader and a dynamic team Ongoing industry and personal development training Career progression and development An attractive salary package awaits the successful applicant, which will be determined on skills and experience.
