Who we’re looking for: We are on the lookout for a customer-focused Strata Support Consultant located at our Sydney head office. This role is integral to our core business of delivering professional strata management services to our clients. We work as one team to deliver value to our customers and we love converting challenges into opportunities. What you’ll be doing: Responding to a high volume of inbound calls and emails from external clients, industry contacts, and internal branches. Confidently manage customer expectations about critical tasks and responsibilities. Provide excellent customer service by being informative, courteous, and professional to all internal and external customers. Ensure that exceptional customer service is maintained, and complaints are resolved proactively. Ensure that all data is entered into our systems accurately and promptly. Become technically proficient in using our customer relationship management system (CommunityHub), contact centre software (Genesys Cloud), and other software systems to perform tasks and answer queries. About you: Ideally, you have at least one year of customer service experience in a professional services industry such as insurance, financial services, real estate, etc. You have a passion for providing excellent customer service. Cert III level education is preferred but not required. You’re known for your exceptional data entry and document administration skills. You’re a natural communicator and always ensure that stakeholders are informed. You tend to identify problems quickly, understand the customer service workflow, and focus on solutions. You make effective use of multiple technology systems and software (Contact centre software, CRM, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.). What we can offer you!
