About the Role: We’re looking for a Strategic Advisor to help shape our future and ensure we continue making a real difference where it matters most. In this exciting full-time fixed-term position, you’ll lead the development of our 2025–28 Strategic Plan, working closely with the Board, CEO, and Executive Leadership Team to align our goals with our mission, vision, and values. You’ll also take the lead on key cross-organisational projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within scope, and leave a lasting positive impact. This role is also about people. You’ll support our leaders in navigating change, helping build adaptability and resilience so our workforce can thrive during times of transformation.
