We are seeking a highly qualified candidate for a 6-month temporary position as a Strategic Sourcing and Contract Management Specialist with our State Government Client. The ideal candidate will have expertise in strategic sourcing, digital program delivery, and contract management, particularly in complex engagements. WFH arrangements available. Full time hours.Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies to engage appropriate external service providers for complex digital programs that impact multiple stakeholders. Provide strategic sourcing advice to senior leaders and manage contracts for complex engagements, ensuring compliance with legal and policy frameworks. Collaborate with stakeholders to manage procurement and sourcing processes, ensuring successful program delivery. Apply risk management strategies and agile approaches to ensure effective outcomes. Requirements: Proven ability to influence sourcing strategies and manage complex digital programs that include people, processes, systems, and multiple data sources. Demonstrated experience advising senior leaders on strategic sourcing and managing contracts for complex engagements. In-depth knowledge of government sourcing practices and procurement policies. Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and collaboration skills. Proven ability in risk management, strategic planning, and agile delivery. Current or ability to obtain a Working with Children Check (WWCC). Past Government experience in general, and the Early Childhood sector would be highly regarded. If interested, please APPLY NOW!
