The Bega Branded Business Unit Planning team has an opportunity for a Strategic Supply Planner to join the Planning team. About the role Bega uses Integrated Business Planning as the prime tool for keeping all parts of the business unit on a common agenda & set of priorities. The Strategic Supply Planner role is a cornerstone role in partnering the Supply Leadership & Planning teams with this process. Together, you will manage supply resources to support the business in achieving its strategies & goals. Responsibilities Strategic Planning Pilot for 2 Cheese Sites, Spreads and Dressings Site. Gather Master data to be used in the IBP planning tool. Use the IBP Planning tool to balance supply/demand and estimate Recoveries in monthly buckets. Develop a Standard Process that is repeatable. Participate in Demand/Supply Handover, ensuring that demand assumptions are clear and gap(s) to target is clear. Systemise master data management & supply/demand balancing. Co-facilitate Monthly Foods Category Supply Reviews (where procurement, manufacturing, logistics & planning teams come together to understand demand for resources as well as identifying issues that need resolution). About you High learning agility & courageous mindset. Compelling people skills & natural ability to articulate and communicate in an ambiguous and complex environment. Leadership and the ability to influence those outside of direct reporting lines. Flexible and adaptable. Able to respond positively to change.
