The Opportunity We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven professional well-versed in the rigorous demands of top-tier consulting practices. This role is ideal for someone from a management consulting background who has a sharp analytical mind, outstanding problem-solving skills and a talent for transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights. What You’ll Do Reporting to the Head of Strategy, you will support the development and delivery of strategic initiatives that drive business improvement across the organisation. This includes evaluating, prioritising and implementing projects, aligned with client expectations and internal stakeholder goals. The position demands a strategic thinker with business acumen and the ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders to drive impactful initiatives for both our clients and internal teams. Contribute to strategic planning and support the creation and delivery of strategies that drive organisational improvement and align with stakeholder expectations. Scope, coordinate and deliver high-impact projects that enhance operational efficiency and improve user and client experiences, from conception through to execution. Develop and implement detailed project plans, encompassing timelines, budgets and resource requirements to ensure successful delivery. Support cross-functional workstreams to deliver projects on time and within budget, effectively managing project risks, issues and dependencies. Oversee project documentation and governance processes, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders. You have Similar experience in a Big 4 or top-tier consulting firm with extensive training in research, data and qualitative analysis, and strategic problem-solving. Demonstrated ability to produce compelling analytical packs using logical and data-driven approaches. Strong capability in independently managing high-level stakeholder interactions. Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex organisational structures and influence senior management. Proven track record of working autonomously on complex projects, coupled with a willingness to collaborate on joint problem-solving initiatives. Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate and defend strategic insights and recommendations.
