√ Industry: Manufacturing/ Production √ Location: Pioneer √ Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am- 5.30pm √ Basic + AWS + VB Job Description: Strategic Planning: Collaborate with other department teams to develop and implement the company's overall strategic plan. Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities. Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and identify emerging opportunities. Engage with Singapore and regional government and non-governmental agencies. Provide periodic reports. Business Development: Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions. Engage with potential business partners, vendors, and investors. Develop full business plans, presentations, and pitch materials. Financial Analysis: Able to understand financial models, forecasts, and business cases to support strategic decisions. Assess the financial viability of potential projects and investments. Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of business development efforts. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with teams across the organization to drive business development initiatives. Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and industry events. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. 5 - 10 years of experience in strategy development, business planning, or a related field. Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic plans. Experience in working with senior management and boards of directors.
