Job Description Are you a seasoned strategy professional with top-tier consulting experience or an MBA graduate looking to drive real impact in a high-growth, data-driven environment? SEEK is searching for a Strategy Manager to help define and execute our long-term vision across APAC. Why This Role? High-Impact Work: Solve complex strategic problems and shape SEEK’s future growth. Break down complex challenges, create actionable solutions, and execute with impact. Communicate key findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Analyse competitive landscapes, industry trends, and market opportunities. Partner with cross-functional teams to solve critical business and product challenges. Qualifications What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm or an MBA with strategy consulting experience . Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and quantitative skills . A natural communicator who can simplify complexity and influence at all levels . Comfortable with ambiguity , with a test-and-learn mindset. Curious, pragmatic, and action-oriented , with a passion for driving results.
