See yourself in our Team Within the Credit Risk and CommAssets Crew, we have a great opportunity available within the Personal Lending Credit Risk Strategy squad that focuses on optimising our lending decision for our Consumer Personal Loans. You will report to a Product and Solutions Chapter Lead and be an integrated member of your squad on a daily basis. On a day-to-day basis you will: Support the development of credit risk strategies, including but not limited to, data-driven business rule changes, using models to set optimised profit decisions, updates to servicing and verification rules, and deep dives into strategy performance and outcomes. Work collaboratively with technical teams to provide and clarify requirements, test and implement strategies into automated decisioning systems. Embrace a continuous improvement mindset, and seek to find ways to standardise, simplify and automate business processes. Perform deep dives into the retail lending portfolios by harnessing world-class data to provide actionable insights to senior leadership and influence the Bank's strategic direction. We’re interested in hearing from people who are: Inquisitive and happy exploring data, making discoveries and understanding their implications, using tools such as SQL, R, Teradata, or Python.
