Role: Strategy & Operations Program Lead Location: Sydney Ongoing Contract The Role Work with a leading technology provider based in Sydney. You will define program scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Strategy & Operations priorities and organisational goals. Work towards operational excellence and manage cross-functional teams. Skills and Experience 12 years+ experience in project management and/or service delivery, with demonstrable experience in managing projects, budgets, staff, and delivery across various technologies and businesses. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. PMP, Agile, or Prince 2 qualifications. Experience in client relations, management or account management, and working on software-related projects. Strong negotiation and commercial skills with proven financial management skills (P&L). Excellent communication skills & comfortable presenting to technical and senior leadership audiences. Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges. Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and high energy with demonstrated leadership. Experience and knowledge of the Retail industry globally would be a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
