Job Description

Salary: $170,000 - $190,000 + Super + Car Location: Long term project south of Brisbane Experience Required: TMR experience required, Structures & Bridges This business is one of Australia’s most dynamic mid-tier civil mining construction companies operating at a national level. On the civil side, they handle a broad range of projects including ground works, earthworks, major roads, bridges, pipelines, and bulk earthworks. This large-scale road upgrade in Brisbane will be running for at least 2 years. We are searching for an experienced Supervisor to deliver large-scale concrete packages. Your job will be to coordinate the form workers and steel fixers, ensuring that concrete pours and daily production rates are met. Additionally, you will assist with the coordination of plant and materials while reporting to the project Superintendent. As Structures Supervisor, you will run your section of the project while reporting to the Superintendent and liaising with Engineers. Your duties include: Personnel & Subcontractor management Workplace Health & Safety initiatives Liaising closely with Management Ensuring time & cost objectives are met for project deliverables This is an exciting opportunity to progress your career with a reputable company where you will learn by working with experienced professionals as well as a tailored career development plan.
