You will manage complex cases, assess risks, and develop strategies to ensure fair outcomes. Your expertise will directly contribute to shaping future healthcare professionals and enhancing the faculty’s clinical education strategy. Your responsibilities will include: Manage Student Conduct Cases: Triage reports, assess risks, and determine appropriate responses for student conduct and incident reports. Develop Policies and Processes: Contribute to policy development and process improvement for effective student conduct management. Provide Expert Advice: Offer authoritative guidance on student conduct matters to key stakeholders across the faculty. Support Strategic Initiatives: Assist in executing the Faculty's Clinical Education Strategy and Risk workplan. You may be a great fit if: You are an experienced professional with a strong background in case management, policy development, and stakeholder engagement, ideally within a university or healthcare setting. You may also: Have exceptional attention to detail, with a proven track record in following processes and maintaining accurate records.
