Job Description Reporting to the General Manager - Promotions & Advertising, the Studio & Design Manager is responsible for managing a team of digital designers to deliver the execution and amplification of the go-to-market program through digital channels. The role requires creative design capabilities, along with experience in workflow management, CMS and email platforms, with strong leadership & communication skills. This position is suited to someone with a proven ability to lead a team to generate high quality and accurate outcomes in a fast-paced environment while continually driving innovation & improvement. Lead the digital design team – creating a highly engaged, collaborative and high-performing group. Collaborate with the promotions and merchandise teams to own and create the calendar of digital marketing activity aligned to the broader go-to-market program. Lead the innovation of email and website marketing templates to create best-in-class executions, maximising impact & effectiveness. Creative design leadership for digital executions of key messages and service offerings, reinforcing the product/brand while also driving optimal CX. Lead technology and process improvements. Lead resource allocation for BAU tasks. Lead planning and implementation of digital assets for key sales events. Plan and oversee the delivery of BAU assets – email, web assets, landing pages, competitions, digital catalogue. Manage budget and spend for 3rd party costs. Work with IT Engineering and CX to optimise digital marketing platforms e.g. ad server, forms platform, email platform. Contentful, Flip book admin. Develop and maintain online brand guidelines and specifications. Qualifications Experience in managing a team of designers. At least 5 years of experience in digital graphic design, including experience in HTML. At least 3 years of experience in content management platforms, including web CMS, email marketing platforms, ad servers. Previous experience in retail considered an advantage.
