About the Role: Due to recent project wins, we are looking for a qualified carpenter to step into the role of Lead Hand / Site Foreman , working closely with an experienced site manager. Initial Project: Commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects. You'll also work on several luxury residential projects throughout Sydney. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate sub-contractors and site labour, ensuring high standards of performance. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Be the key point of contact for daily site activities and troubleshooting. What We're Looking For: Carpentry Trade Qualified with previous commercial or luxury residential experience. A stable work history and a strong problem-solving mindset. Natural leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams. Experience in managing industrial relations and resolving site-based issues. High energy, determination, and a focus on project delivery. Why Join Us?
