Fortescue is seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our fast-paced and dynamic team, supporting the Eliwana Operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative and innovative work environment. Key Responsibilities Finance Business Partner with the Eliwana Operations team to effectively support and manage financial performance. Lead the coordination and delivery of annual budgets and quarterly planning cycles, covering both operating and capital expenditures. Oversee the month-end process, identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities. Partner with stakeholders to identify and drive value-adding opportunities and business improvement initiatives. Work closely with senior leaders, providing critical financial insights to support strategic decision-making. Identify and implement improvements in financial systems and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company accounting policies. Develop, mentor, and coach a team of management accountants, fostering professional growth and capability. Qualifications and Experience Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Minimum 8 years' experience in management accounting roles. Operational or site experience is highly desirable. Strong financial acumen with a comprehensive understanding of governance principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in SAP, with additional experience in Anaplan considered an advantage. Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools. Ability to identify and understand key business drivers, delivering insights and opportunities across multiple business units. Professional accounting qualifications (CPA or CA required). Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, with the capability to communicate effectively across all levels of operations and senior management. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive optimal performance. About Us Be part of something big.
