The Opportunity Based in Perth CBD, this is a superb opportunity for a Supervising or Principal level Structural Engineer to become a trusted advisor to numerous Clients, manage and mentor your team, and deliver superb engineering solutions. Key Responsibilities Here you’ll manage existing clients and develop relationships with new clients to generate ongoing repeat business. You’ll also manage and lead an experienced structural team of engineers and drafters, therefore you’ll require strong hands-on engineering design, technical and interpersonal skills. Key Skills A recognised Australian engineering degree with CP Eng Well developed verbal, interpersonal & report writing skills Strong design skills in materials handling structures (mines & ports) Ability to liaise with and develop strong Client relationships Ability to identify needs, quote & generate work from Clients Proven ability to sign off work, lead and mentor an engineering team As one of the leading national and specialist consultants in mines and ports, they are growing with many long-standing employees and very high staff retention.
