With offices strategically located in Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East, we are well-positioned to take on projects for clients around the world.About the Role Due to the continued growth of the business and a busy year ahead, we are hiring Industrial Service & Mechanical Supervisors to join our team for upcoming projects across various sites within the Oil and Gas, Mining, Heavy Industry, and Energy sectors. Point of Hire is open to all Capital cities within Australia including Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, or Darwin.Duties will include but not limited to Strong focus and leadership in all aspects of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality. Provide leadership and clear direction to the CR team to drive efficiency and productivity. Develop trusting relationships with key stakeholders to maintain, develop and grow the existing business. Assist operational management in maintaining a safe workplace. Coordinate all daily activities and ensure that scheduled and contracted requirements are delivered. Identify and monitor equipment to ensure it meets standards and servicing requirements. Promotion and leadership toward continual improvement of all aspects of the contract. Project reporting to both internal and external key personnel. Requirements & Experience Needed Trade qualified or tertiary qualifications or equivalent relevant Industrial Services experience is essential. Proven experience of supervision of projects with time/budget constraints and HSEQ expectations. Proven leadership skills with ability to develop individuals and teams. The ability to deliver results through the development of strong and capable teams is essential. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Flexibility and adaptability to a constantly changing environment essential. Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite. Experience in waste management – advantageous but not essential. Construction Induction (White Card). Working at Heights certificate (within 2 years - essential). Confined Space Entry certificate (within 2 years - essential). Gas Test Atmosphere certificate (within 2 years – essential). Breathing Apparatus certificate (Highly desirable). MSMSS00018 – Operate High Pressure Water Jetting System – Operator ticket (Desirable) OR MSMSS00017 – Use High Pressure Water Jetting Equipment – Assistant ticket (Desirable) MSMSS00020 – Vacuum Loading Operations (Desirable). Current Drivers Licence (essential). High Risk Work License – LF/Dogman/Rigger (advantageous). Full Australian work rights.
