An exciting opportunity exists for a Processing Supervisor with demonstrated experience in fixed plant mineral processing to join our highly successful team located in the Pilbara region of WA on an 8:6 Roster. Reporting to the Production Superintendent, this role is responsible for leading the shift operations team to ensure that safe, efficient, and targeted output is achieved. Your Key Responsibilities Safely and cost-effectively deliver the shift plan, manage shift variances, and understand shift results and their likely impact on achieving weekly and monthly targets. Build and continuously improve the processing plant’s capacity and capability to achieve budget through each shift by identification and escalation of possible plant improvements. Maximize the plant's performance by confirming set parameters are being met. Monitor process interruptions, confirm investigations are being conducted effectively as required so that exposures to environmental hazards are reduced. What You Can Do 5+ Years Experience in an Iron Ore Crushing Environment. Demonstrated ability to lead/supervise/mentor. Mechanical aptitude. Safety leadership.
