Job Description
Our Project Support Group (PSG) is on the lookout for a dynamic Metro Supervisor to join our Guildford PDC team. In this role, you’ll lead and support labour hire, product support advisors, and warranty support, while providing technical maintenance insights and continuous improvement for site work teams. What you’ll do: Daily management and leadership of the team Remote troubleshooting and maintenance support for Heavy CAT equipment Assist with technical documentation and maintenance improvements Manage service work orders and warranty process Develop and implement processes for continuous improvement Ensure compliance with safety and risk management protocols Location: South Guildford, WARoster: 5/2, 10.5-hour days (Monday to Friday) – Permanent Full-Time This is a full-time position based out at our head office in South Guildford; however, flexibility to travel to site as necessary is required.
