Supervisor / Manager - Innovative Midsized CBD Firm - 2 days WFH 120k - $150k Package + Bonus Scheme (Quarterly and Yearly) Sydney CBD location - Close to Wynyard and new Martin Place Metro stations Up to 2 days working from home flexibility Development pathway into senior leadership Great internal resources and supportive team dynamic My client is a leading chartered accounting firm based in Sydney CBD. Founded in 2015, the Partners joined forces to create a dynamic and relationship-driven practice, with innovation and technology at the forefront of their processes. The firm provides core services to their clients including accounting & tax compliance, management accounting and BAS, SMSF Compliance, structuring advice, taxation advisory and management reporting. They work across a very diverse range of clientele, including professionals, executives, corporations, family offices etc. Your role will involve leading a team to effectively deliver the needs of a portfolio of clients and ensuring KPIs are met. It will also involve managing the relationships of a portfolio of clients ensuring their entire financial needs are profitably delivered. They are a contemporary and flexible firm and as such majority of the team do some degree of working from home each week. Generally this is a maximum of 2 days per week working from home (pending client and team meetings etc). They also have a very achievable bonus structure in place on a quarterly and yearly basis.
