Reporting to the General Manager, this position will be part of a small team and will be responsible for completing the following based on their knowledge and learned experience from the Automotive Suspension Seating industry: They will: Collect and analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and optimise operational efficiencies. Conduct inventory analysis, prepare comprehensive reports to monitor stock levels and identify discrepancies, and ensure optimal inventory management. Prepare and recommend proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter workflows, redefine job functions, and support organisational innovation and improvements. Assess supply chain risks by developing strategies and contingency plans to resolve challenges and minimise disruptions. Assist in implementing approved recommendations to supply chain teams. Benefits: Salary plus Superannuation About the Role: As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective flow of products. Your responsibilities will include: Optimising inventory by monitoring, analysing, and forecasting stock levels to ensure optimal inventory across multiple warehouses. Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to effectively plan inventory requirements. Conducting planning and purchasing meetings to forecast inventory needs. Communicating inventory levels with stakeholders and customers. Generating and manipulating sales data from various sources and distributing reports to the sales team. Analyzing sales data trends and details, presenting and communicating to the sales team. About You: Experience in inventory planning or forecasting and data analysis within the seating systems industry. Strong proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools. High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant experience and/or qualifications in supply chain management or logistics are preferred. A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
