Supply Chain Business Support Analyst This is a 12 months fixed-term contract. As a Supply Chain Business Support Analyst, you are a key partner with the business who plays a significant part in our commitment to employee and customer satisfaction, stakeholder engagement, and internal efficiency. You will be responsible for reviewing and improving supply chain solutions (processes and tools) within their scope to achieve performance objectives. This role involves managing projects, providing feedback and recommendations for the evolution of supply chain processes and tools to enhance performance and improve customer and employee satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: Managing projects as project leader and project contributor. Address the needs of customers and Business Operations teams by deploying Group or Region supply chain projects. Conduct impact analysis and ensure overall consistency of solutions within the scope. Define, organize, and execute testing, contributing to the process until final user acceptance. Implement adaptations or evolutions of existing solutions in collaboration with Business Operations teams. Develop and deploy the change management plan, including materials and training plans, and document management. User Support: Resolve operational issues and attend to users’ requests. Ensure that supply chain processes and applications are applied correctly and that parameters are properly configured. What are we looking for? NOTE: Candidates are required to be legally authorized to work in Australia (New Zealand applicants will also be considered). Proven experience with supply chain or similar fields, forecasting, inventory, and data management. Advanced Excel skills & knowledge of BI tools (PowerBI/ PowerApps). Advanced numerical and analytical skills. High level of attention to detail. Able to present insights and suggest solutions through data analysis. Strong customer-oriented approach. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to support. Proactive in taking initiatives to ensure continuous improvement toward employee and customer satisfaction.
