Job Responsibilities Logistics Operations: Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to execute day-to-day operations. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to design supply chain solutions for new retail/online customers. Reporting: Analyze and evaluate various supply chain KPIs, create periodic reports, and present them to management. Repacking Activity: Manage end-to-end repacking activity for any promotional products. Standard Operating Procedures: Develop and maintain SOPs for logistics processes. Import/Export: Handle end-to-end import or export shipping. Job Overview + Qualifications We are looking for an enthusiastic Supply Chain Executive to join our ambitious team in the UAE market. In this role, you will manage end-to-end supply chain activities across B2B and B2C business, focusing on logistics operations, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, engineering, or related fields. Strong knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain management principles. 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. Experience in working with online retail channels. Hiring Process Initial Screening: Resume and portfolio review. First Interview: A one-on-one interview with the Supply Chain Lead. Technical Assessment: A task to evaluate your skills. Final Interview: Meeting with the team and higher management.
