Manage order processing and monitor supplier shipments to guarantee on-time delivery. Track inventory levels, evaluate sales patterns, and forecast requirements Develop expertise in internal systems to streamline daily operations and provide actionable insights. Analyse operational data and reports to support strategic decision-making. Contribute to the creation of product documentation, oversee shipment tracking, and manage ETAs.
