Position Overview We’re looking for a highly motivated Supply Chain & Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our regional supply chain. You’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless production, inventory management, and distribution across the US and ANZ. You’ll work closely with to execute strategies that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain the highest product quality standards. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, production, inventory, and logistics. Oversee relationships with co-manufacturers, suppliers, and 3PL partners to ensure timely fulfillment and quality control. Develop and implement strategies to optimize costs while maintaining high service levels. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, certifications, and sustainability goals. Collaborate with sales and demand planning teams to align production with market demand and growth forecasts. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and resilience. Monitor inventory levels, mitigate stock shortages, and implement effective demand planning strategies. Work closely with distributors and logistics providers to ensure seamless execution of fulfillment and last-mile delivery. Support the launch of new products by coordinating production timelines and distribution logistics. Implement data-driven solutions to optimize operations and improve decision-making. Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, operations, or logistics within FMCG or CPG. Strong understanding of the ANZ and US supply chain landscape, including key distributors, logistics providers, and regulatory frameworks. Proven ability to manage co-manufacturers, 3PLs, and supplier relationships. Expertise in demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management. Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and cost optimization. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
