Position: Supply Chain Optimisation Specialist Type: Permanent Work Location: Vantive Australia Office, Old Toongabbie NSW Reporting Manager: Sr. Fulfillment Manager, ANZ Visa Condition: Must have valid working rights in Australia (Permanent Resident or Citizen). Job Scope: The Supply Chain Optimization Specialist provides support to the Senior Fulfilment Manager, in working to realize the strategic & operational objectives of the ANZ Vantive Business, as they relate to Supply Chain processes & activities. The role is instrumental in the attainment of key results through either defined projects or targeted improvements of processes within the Fulfilment function. The key metrics that measure the success of the function are: Delivery On time, in Full Accuracy Operating costs Job Descriptions: Improvement of the processes & activities within the Fulfilment Function, as measured through the results of operating effectiveness, efficiency or quality Contribution to projects focused on the advancement, scaling-up, or Improvement of the Vantive ANZ Supply Chain Operations Vantive ANZ is comprised of: 1. Customers: +3,000 Home Patients, +700 Hospitals & Clinics 2. Warehouse & Logistics: 9 Warehouses across Australia & New Zealand +1,000 Imported Container per Year +15 Domestic & International Freight Providers 3. Other than working on agreed areas of process improvement, responsibilities of the role may include: Reporting & Analytics: Sourcing data to support the understanding of business process, outcomes or results Analyzing data to draw conclusions or understand trends Providing insights & information that informs prioritization & decisions Operational support / Team works in achieving the broader Objective of the Function Where possible, team members are encouraged to lend a hand & support their colleagues in times of need or unplanned absences. The overall objective of all members of the Fulfilment function is the timely & accurate delivery of critical therapies to patients & customers, in the most cost-effective way. 4. EHS & GMP Responsibilities (Individual Contributor) Pro-actively contribute to zero harm workplace for all employees Comply with legal and corporate EHS requirements, safe work practices and EHS policies and procedures at all times Report all hazards, near misses and incidents as soon as practicable and participate in identifying actions to prevent harm from occurring to our people and/or our environment Employees at every level are responsible for quality (GMP) and regulatory performance in the department to ensure quality program is met Ensure compliance with government regulations, legal documents and safety and ethical standards, obtaining legal compliance training. 5. EHS Responsibilities (People Leader) Drive culture of zero harm workplace for all employees Ensure compliance with legal and corporate EHS requirements, safe work practices and EHS policies and procedures at all times Ensure all hazards, near misses and incidents are reported and investigated to identify root cause and ensure actions implemented to prevent harm from occurring to our people and/or our environment Ensure all employees trained to perform their roles safely and any regulatory-based training is completed as required Qualifications: Tertiary qualification with specializing in logistics or supply chain management preferred Process mapping & documentation Project management Continuous Improvement methodology / project involvement Experience with demand or Supply Planning highly regarded Experience with transport operations highly regarded Experience with Customer Service & Order Fulfilment operations in a product distribution business Successful track record working alongside other and developing teams and optimization projects Continuous improvement mindset Demonstrated stakeholder engagement / influencing skills Strategic thinking / Problem Solving Skills Analytical / Financial acumen Experience with ERP/logistics and or/ transport management systems Project Management Exceptional communication skills Superior computer literacy. Experience with Warehousing Operations and 3PL/4PL provider engagement Close working relationships with Commercial teams.
