About the Role Are you looking to kick-start your career in Buying or further your Supply Chain career? We are currently seeking a Supply Coordinator to join our Jacqui E team! Reporting into the Merchandise Manager, this role will coordinate all aspects of production, including initial concept and development of product, ensuring effective communication with suppliers and administration of purchase orders. Responsibilities Creating and maintaining product lines and stock orders Monitoring daily delivery schedules Providing a key link between the production department and supply chain Supporting the Product team with range and garment story boards Liaising daily with our offshore suppliers and factories Managing the production schedule and associated administration Advising on Quality Control issues, problem solving, and processing returns Monitoring and tracking key delivery schedules Skills & Experience Previous experience as a Production Assistant/Supply Coordinator role or in an administrative capacity within a buying team is preferable Previous experience within Supply Chain would be advantageous Great attention to detail and works well under pressure Ability to build great relationships with external suppliers and senior stakeholders Thrive in a fast-paced environment This is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your career.
