Customer Service Consultant - People's Choice, Adelaide Southern Suburbs SA, Australia Job Description Are you a customer service professional looking to start your career in banking? Working with us at People’s Choice as a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the face of our business for our members and will be responsible for delivering consistent high-quality customer service. About the role As a Customer Service Consultant in our Support Team, you will build rapport and trust with members by listening to their needs, finding solutions to their problems, and aligning them to the right products. We currently have part-time opportunities in our Southern suburbs People's Choice and People First Bank branches, where you will support various locations on rotation, including Marion, Glenelg, West Lakes, Seaford as well as surrounding southern suburbs. This is a flexible part-time position in our Support Team (internally called a Support Member Service Consultant) with variable hours of 15-32 a week on a rotating roster. With rosters provided for a 4-week period and released 1-week in advance, we aim to support your work-life balance. Our dedicated branch teams are committed to providing service and support to our local communities across our Monday to Saturday trading, with this in mind, we are seeking applicants with full availability and flexibility across the working week. In this role, your passion for customer service will be crucial, as we are a member-owned organisation dedicated to meeting our members’ needs. You will be empowered to have meaningful conversations with our members, understand their financial position, goals, and aspirations, and help align our products to their needs, specialising in personal loans, credit cards, insurance, and financial planning services.
