Support Worker - Aged Care and Disability Services Hourly rate depends on experience/shift/industry. About the Role You will provide individual support to people that have a disability and/or psycho-social needs enabling them to undertake all aspects of daily living. You will be part of a dynamic team delivering care to our clients in aged care facilities across the Perth and surrounding areas. What you need Cert III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent Previous experience is desirable (6 months or more) Valid Western Australian driver license and reliable vehicle NDIS Worker screening check (or willing to obtain) First Aid and CPR certificate (or willing to obtain) Working with Children Check (or the ability to obtain) Be organized, flexible and reliable Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
