Join our Global Surveillance Team based in Sydney who play a critical role supporting the Compliance team in monitoring, analysing, and reporting on compliance-related data. As an Associate, you will assist in the development and implementation of compliance monitoring programs and collect, analyse and interpret data to identify potential compliance risks and trends. You will support the preparation of compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders, conduct research on regulatory requirements and industry best practices and collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In addition, you will assist in the maintenance of compliance documentation and records and participate in compliance training and awareness programs. What you offer Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Python. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry is a plus.
