Bennett + Bennett currently has multiple FIFO positions on a 14:7 roster available to work on the Snowy Hydro 2.0 Project located near Cooma, NSW. If you are an experienced and motivated Surveyor or Survey Technician based in the Southeast QLD, Sydney, or Melbourne regions, then we want to hear from you! Your Role and Impact: Project Contribution: Play a key role in the iconic Snowy Hydro 2.0 Project, contributing to its success and quality. Surveying Excellence: Conduct precise and accurate surveys, ensuring high-quality results. Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of quality and accuracy in all surveying tasks. Fieldwork and Office Tasks: Engage in a diverse array of tasks, including fieldwork, office calculations, pre-calculations, sketches, and processing. Innovation: Utilise advanced surveying technologies and methodologies, driving innovation in all your projects. Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning and development, with opportunities for career growth and advancement. What You Bring: Expertise: Proven experience as a surveyor or survey technician, with civil construction experience highly valued. Tunnel Experience: Direct experience in TBM Guidance, Tunnelling and Drill and Blast Operations is preferred but not essential. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using 12d software, Trimble, and Leica Survey equipment. Qualifications: Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor degree in Surveying is essential with registration from the Surveyors Board of Queensland or another state or territory highly regarded. Attention to Detail: Excellent time management and organisational skills, ensuring accuracy and high-quality results.
