Your Role: As the Swim School Manager at Fish N Flips Underwood, you’re pivotal in driving the success of our Swim School program. Your responsibilities include optimising commercial returns while maintaining excellence in service and delivery. With a hands-on leadership style, you actively participate in day-to-day activities, from teaching to administration. You eagerly dive into all aspects of our operation, truly leading by example. Your dynamic leadership is key in supporting our 7-day-a-week operation, cultivating a vibrant, energetic atmosphere that defines Fish N Flips. Here’s how you’ll make a splash: Lead with Optimism: Oversee the potential, planning, resourcing, and execution of our learn-to-swim programs, always with an eye toward growth and excellence.
